We have a rare part-time opportunity for a skilled GIS Analyst to join our experienced and friendly team.

Our GIS team provides a Council wide service, encompassing a varied range of activities, from supporting regional planning through to asset data management, ensuring that accurate geospatial information is easily accessible for both our internal and external customers. You will also capture and analyse geospatial data, participate in key pieces of project work, manage contracts and provide professional guidance and advice across the organisation. Key to your success is your positive problem solving approach, along with your ability to build and maintain great working relationships.

Let us know in your cover letter about your:

  • depth and breadth of GIS experience, in particular with Esri ArcGIS products
  • tertiary qualification in GIS or other relevant professional development
  • successful project implementation
  • asset management system knowledge
  • customer focused approach
  • communication style
  • experience in enabling non-GIS professionals to use GIS tools and services.
